Appointment & Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, please review the following booking policies: Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which is non-refundable. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-show clients will be charged 50% of the missed appointment cost and will be required to pay 50% upfront when booking their next appointment. A second no-show will result in being unable to book future services. Late Policy Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointment. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. •Arrivals within 10 minutes late will incur a $25 late fee. •Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will result in the appointment being cancelled, the deposit forfeited, and a new appointment must be scheduled with a new deposit. Deposits All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are non-transferable 48hrs or less before original appointment. Deposits secure your appointment time and go toward your total service cost.
